Konysbai Bakytkul Menlenkyzy graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Kazakh National University in 2010.Al-Farabi. In the same year, B.M. Konysbai enrolled in the Master's degree program at the Law Faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and graduated with honors in 2012. In 2019, the decision of the Committee for Control in the field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). She started her career in 2012 as a lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Konysbai B.M. actively and fruitfully carries out the educational process with students of all forms of the Law educational program. He is actively working on a research plan. Scientific articles have been repeatedly published at various conferences and journals of KKSON and Scopus. Actively participates in cathedral and community work. Due to his business and moral qualities, Konysbai B.M. enjoys authority among the teaching staff and students.
